I already took the FASD apart and it looks good. Kind of wish I knew all of this before i removed the carbs to rebuild them but now I am at my desk with 2 carbs and a rebuild kit. Coolant was low and not in the housing which explains the high idle that gets slightly higher when warm. I found a nice article explaining how it works exactly (I like knowing how things work). The car had a high idle around 2,800 rpm when warm. So I did my own research after posting this and realized I had the FASD so I feel stupid for posting this thread.
